I am very disappointed with the way carnext treated as a criminal and dumped a car next door member 525548 with no reasonable reason only you mentioned for security reasons. I started giving car next door a 2 out of 5 stars then they did not adequately address my complaints or suggestions after 23 emails and months of waiting. It was too difficult too long too wait and expensive to organise insurance through them ended up going with someone else.

Now they get a 1 out of 5 stars. Although the company has grown quite fast i m the last couple of years there s still a feeling of a small company where no one is a number and everyone has a chance to express their opinion. They offer a lot of flexibility remote work and ownership in the work that you do. That said i feel they have gone downhill in terms of customer service ease of use and insurance coverage.
